With a strong academic foundation and years of experience in both clinical and private practice, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals transform their lives through the power of evidence-based nutrition.

I hold a Master’s degree in Foods & Human Nutrition, a Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education from IGNOU, and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science. My journey began with a dietetic internship, where I developed hands-on clinical expertise.

My approach combines evidence-based nutrition science with practical, sustainable lifestyle changes. I believe that healthy eating should be enjoyable, not restrictive, and that everyone deserves personalized nutrition guidance that fits their unique needs and goals.

My Philosophy

I believe that nutrition is not one-size-fits-all. Each person has unique needs, preferences, and goals. My approach focuses on creating sustainable, enjoyable eating patterns rather than restrictive diets. Food should nourish not just your body, but also your mind and spirit.
